Weekly Love List – 27.01

January has passed by in a blur and for that reason, I’m so pleased that I started these weekly lists so that I’m able to take the time to reflect on each week before I become enveloped in a new one.

Here are this weeks highlights.

Tucked away in Neal’s Yard, Covent Garden is a cheese topped gem that is definitely worth a visit! Instantly welcoming, the decor and staff give off the essence that you’ve just stepped in to your local neighbourhood hangout. With a simple blackboard menu sharing a handful of topping options, pizza can be bought by the slice at £4 or you can go all out and purchase the entire 20″ pizza for £20.

Maintaining friendships

The battle to maintain long-distance relationships is well documented, but when it comes to staying in touch with friends from afar it’s not often spoken about. This week I was lucky enough to meet up with an old university friend for a few hours, the northern pea to my incredibly southern pod. I’m so grateful that while we may not talk every week or even every month, uni provided us with a thousand memories for us to forever laugh and reminisce on and that despite the distance, our friendship remains unchanged.

NIVEA® Daily Essentials Tinted Moisturising Day Cream

The weather right now is cold. Like 28 layers, can’t feel my feet still cold. So, helping me battle against the bitter winds each day is the NIVEA® Daily Essentials Tinted Moisturiser. Drafted in, in place of my usual foundation, the formula is jam-packed with vitamins that intensively moisturise my face to protect it from environmental influences and provide me with a much needed radiant glow to contrast with the dull grey weather.

Love, Emma
